This has been a useful character sheet, but you describe several things as "self explanatory" even when they aren't.

As an example, I don't know the difference between Skin Tone and Complexion but you listed both as "self explanatory".

Skin tone refers to the color of the skin (ie: you could say their skin was a honey brown, had a light tan hue, or was pale white), while complexion is referring to things like freckles, acne, etc.

Complexion does mean skin color along with texture and condition of your skin. Features, not just color.
