Their problem is that they made HERA Heracles's mother. I mean, there's all sorts of wrong with that. Not least of all Hera was the guy's main antagonist his entire life.

It's true Hera did adopt him as her own, after he died and was reborn as a god. I suppose they buried the hatchet.
