I got it from a DIY store, though I'm afraid I can't remember exactly what the purpose of the vinyl is (or even if it is vinyl, for that matter), so I don't know how easy it'll be to get hold of. I think this [link] might be the closest I can find on the Internet, not sure though.

I think your equivalent would be The Home Depot or Lowe's, since it was definitely a DIY thing rather than a craft thing, though there's probably similar craft stuff out there.
