For one, you are mistaken, all that was done with the lasso tool, rectangular and circular marquees, and the arrows were maded using the "custom tool" shape. Seriously though, if you don't know what you are talking about. I think I am quite capable of that work...I mean just check my more recent artworks if you really need that extra support.
