you know, your style reminds me of those sci-fi illustrations we usually find in books during the early mid 80s and early 90s; i mean the brush work is very reminiscent of those times... i really like that! nice work!! 
Thanks! Yeah, I like to try and keep my stuff feeling a little more like a painting and less like a Photoshop magic trick (which is probably why I prefer to use Painter). I'm glad you like it though!
