Wow, I'm really flattered that you think so highly of my own drawings--that really means a lot, and I cannot thank you enough!

And I agree, you should TOTALLY do Simon next! That would be unspeakably amazing (the fact that Simon is my favorite Chipmunk has nothing at all to do with my enthusiasm, by the way). :D

I was just saying what I think :)I'm not an expert,but I think you're very good :)

And Simon is my roommate's favourite, too. So probably she won't leave me alone until I do it :D But yesterday there was heavy rain, the window was left open and the drawing of Theodore near it...:(

:( Oh, no...I don't know what to say, except that I'm really sorry. I know you worked really hard on little Theodore, and I just can't imagine it being ruined like that. :(

This seriously just bummed out my evening. I mean, ever since I first set eyes on your flawless pic of Theo, it has inspired me to become a better artist, so that I can reach a level of artistic ability that I now know exists. It's what I always strive for in a drawing, and you make it seem so effortless. I'm sorry if this is starting to sound like an Academy Award acceptance speech, but it's true, and I feel like you should know that.

So thank you for sharing him with us, and once again I can't tell you how sorry I am about what happened to your picture.

Your words really mean a lot to me :)my drawings are far from perfect but i'm trying hard to get better.I had stopped drawing for a very long time until a met friend who shared my passion and encouraged me to try again. So I would be happy if I could be of any help to somebody who likes drawing like me :)

Believe it or not, it sounds like we're a lot alike. I, too, used to draw all the time, and then somewhere along the line I sort of just...quit. No particular reason, just...lack of motivation, perhaps? The pic of Brittany, which I'm sure you saw in my gallery, is the first full-blown drawing I've done in several years. It wasn't until I'd met a couple of people here on DA that I started to get my drive back. Then, one day, I just picked up a pencil and started sketching her out. About three days later, I had a finished product that I was (and still am) immensely proud of, as I believe it's the best thing I've ever drawn. In short, I feel better about my art now than I ever have, and it's all thanks to new-found friends making me feel better about myself, just the same as you.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that if you would like one more friend who shares your same passion, maybe we could help each other out with what we both know, so that we can both get better?

The pic of Brittany is really good:)You should never quit again and you'll be getting better with each pic you draw. I'll be waiting to see some new pics soon:)
A new friend sharing the same passion is always welcome. My friend, who is very good at drawing, and I do exactly what you said.We even go to buy pencils and other stuff together so that I can consult with her.

I thank you ever so much again, and I do intend to do more drawings--hopefully I'll have something to post soon! My new goal is to have something that looks comparable in quality to your "Theodore" by this time next year! :D
