You know, I am definitely ass backwards. My comfort level with Vue grows each time I use it, and I never even open Carrara now. I never bothered updating my Carrrara, but I did with Vue. I find Vue easier to use. Yes, I'm most assuredly ass backwards, lol!
No, I don't think so - it's probably me who's weird because I couldn't get used to the Vue menues. 
But I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying your work with Vue. I have a similar experience with Carrara now, that my comfort and confidence level grows with each art project, and I guess that's the best thing that can happen to you when you're learning a new software.
Loved your latest deviation with the dead knight, BTW - great idea, and really well done!
