skin retouching is predictable, but tweeking body structure is a bit more controversial.

not completely true Natalie, sure if you are talking about nosejobs, lips, eyes, cheekbones, when you are changing someones face it is controversial. Fixing some distracting bumb on an models arm (sure its her bone, but it looks weird, it could be made less distracting) wouldn't do that much harm
