I found several sites that do have Celestia 1.6.0! The link above is now pointing to CNET. There is also a download on SorceForge, but with that site's third party advertisements and invasive software, I'm recommending CNET.
Also, a lot of your links include the parentheses you use to bracket off the link, making the link come up as broken. If you fix that, all of your link seem to work fine.

At first, I couldn't find shatters.net. I kept getting error messages. But I did try your link and it works... Again, thank you. With the web as it is, links are often outdated before you even post them, it seems...so fluid, yet so eternal. What a weird world we live in.
