Limusaurus is more basal than ANY noasaurid. Noasaurids live in the cretaceous, and Deltadromeus has a lot of noasaurid features.
Limusaurus is described as being a basal ceratosaur with very extreme and unique features. He's kind of his own thing. If it were up to me I'd put it in its own clade. Limusauridae or something.

yeah, limusauridae would be good, i think elaphrosaurus, spinostropheus and of course limusaurus fit that group.
