superwoman.... can anyone explain in brief with all the supergirls, superwomans, powergirls. ive totally lost the plot with parellel dimensions.

i mean i cud just about keep track when there was only 3 super boys, (young clark, clone superman, superboy prime) but i just dnt read enuf to kepe track i saw 1 comic with like 10 different supermans with different ages and apperances. including 1 really old looking guy. heck looked like a family.
