Dont Seattle haves hard 2 legaly own weapon laws like NYC? To own a handgun in NYC u hav 2 pay a $200 permit fee every year.

Easy enough, just know that if you're brazen enough to carry an exposed weapon on the street you'll be met with the reaction you'd expect from cops. Reasonable concern, and a desire to see your permit of ownership.
