Comment on The Holocaust by trivostudio

The Holocaust was a very horrible event. Such a shame how people forget it, yet they still happen to remember 9/11... I know it was more recent, but more people know about the details of 9/11 than they do the Holocaust. Many lives where taken, most specifically Jews, Catholics, Slavs, LGBT, Communists and small groups of American, French and British POWs where worked to death till thay died. It was only after I converted to reform Judaism that I read about the horrors of this event. And why people forgetting/not knowing the details of this tragedy is a scary thing because as the saying goes, "If you don't know your history you are doomed to repeat it." Never again shall we let bigotry and fascism take the lives of innocents again... I hope so.
