Comment on Bullying by Aedem

That's true, but let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater. When you're bullied, physically at least, you have two options: grow a pair and face the bully in hand-to-hand combat, or lose your dignity forever. Most of the time, they grew a pair and handed their bullies their asses, and that's good. Now that it's (at least mostly) banned from schools, kids today are never going to grow a pair, and they're going to carry this lack of pair into adulthood, and they're going to grow up as liberals. Do you want your kids, if any, to be liberals? I don't.

I was just about to take you seriously until that last line? What's so bad about being liberal again?

Their logic is nonsensical at best, and defiant of all regular logic at worst. They're the kind of people who actively try to censor anything they don't like, who refuse to eat a dead animal because "all life is sacred," yet they regularly use abortion as birth control, who immediately blame the weapon and victimize the user of said weapon, who coddle welfare freeloaders yet torture the working man, and who consider Christians to be monstrous yet consider Islam to be peaceful. Any one of those on its own would be reason enough for me to keep my hypothetical kids from becoming liberals. My ultimate point here is, schools should allow bullying, and better yet, fighting back. The pain will be temporary, but the triumph of ballsing up will stay with you forever.

I could say the same thing about conservatives being nonsensical and defiant of logic. Also, something tells me that you were a bully in the past.

I actually wasn't. I have noticed, however, that kids who were bullied before the internet became public grew up strong.

That's not always the case.
