Except the only thing Windsor&Newton here is the blue. Inks ftw!

Oh, next time you feel that the colors are taking an odd turn, why not wash the paper (in the sink)? It will leave a faint trace of color that you can use for the background or to build a color scheme that you might like more. :nod:

Inks don't wash off, as far as I know, and I use more ink than watercolour when painting lately. And I do like the colours here, why are you saying this? :|

Because you always seem to be displeased with the way your watercolors turn out. :shrug:

Um... that's not entirely true. I did ruin the original, but I like this version that I scanned. And even if I could wash off the mistake, it would ruin the background which is a pretty big deal. I'm afraid I'm not one of those magical people who can correct their watercolors.
