Actually if the heretics could speak (or maybe they did connect one of their hubs to Saren's FTL comm, so they could), I don't think their voice would be different from Legion's. They are all geth after all. Ok, maybe it would be more "mechanic monotone" and completely lacked any modulation (those 2 years spent around organics did Legion a favor), but otherwise I don't see a reason it'd be different.
