You've done the shading really well and you can see where the light's coming from.
The anatomy is done really well, you've picked out some great detail, this must have taken ages. I also love how you make it 3d, which is something most people really struggle with- how the further back the part is, the more shaded it is.
I love the cold goldy-silvers and how freely the paint's done in the background.
The face has been painted really well. I love the eye and the nose, you can tell it's a beautiful woman with sharp features. The hair's really nice too, how it's so flowing and you can see the stands of hair.
