Most certainly not! I wasn't even aware of the Draka scenario when I made this map, and I'm not exactly a fan of it now. This was an honest attempt at a multi-cultural and -racial "utopia" in southern Africa. Not particularly plausible or well-researched in retrospect, but well meant at least.
