Comment on Yellow brick road by CAStock

Can I use this pic with a brick road and flat grassy ground as a background for my animated/live action styled comic cover of "The Wondeful Wizard of Neigh's" which is a My Little Pony parody of The Wizard of Oz? I need it for my real life/animated title cover pic.
