He's massive! I've seen some of the modified versions with delivery trucks and such. I always call them 'Ironhide'

I'm not too sure many of his comrades (not to mention enemies) consider him sane anyway 
That's true. Hell, there's probably a law somewhere forbidding the use of Ironhide and the word "sane" in the same sentence, except to imply that he isn't.
