What I specialize in is anatomy and shading but I can see you have shades and highlights pretty much down ^^ The main issue I will address is the hand.

First of all, you are trying to perform a perspective effect, very nice but it looks stiff and I'll just say this part plainly, her thumb is too long. XD You might be thinking of your fingers rather than your thumb but her thumb should be about half the length of that drawn thumb. Also, when you look at your hands when they curl up, the index finger sticks out more than the other fingers and the middle and so forth until the pinky. This is because of the "meaty" palm of your hand bumps your fingers and creates a row going up. I hope this would help ya ^^
