I have one question: How do you put these sort of things on a Note?! I'm kind of a noob here, so can someone please tell me how?
You need to cut & paste the thumb code from the sidebar of the deviation. It will look something like this...
:thumb0342343: <--- but that's not the real number
There is a different thumb code for each deviation. Non-subscribers can use thumbs in their journals and ID box, not in artist comments. However, all users can use thumbs in notes.

Cut-and-paste and copy-and-paste are the same things, mostly. So, yes.
