Comment on Kapitol color spread by 47ness
I like the added effect of fuzzy color/light on some of the objects, like the blimps. It enhances the idea of sunlight glimmering off their surfaces. It's something I've long liked about some animation cell style pictures.
Maybe just make the chapter intro page in color? It might be a nice lead in.

That's mah "bling" layer. I never finalize a .psd file withouts one. 
I'd love to. I always start all my chapters BIG and SHOWY. But. the printer Rocky and I work with charges an arm and a leg for color, which is compounded by the service fee of moving the pages from a color feed to a b/w feed. *sigh*

Dang... Maybe you could just make these as wallpapers for people to download. I've been kicking that around in my head for awhile.
