But you have no idea how many mineral shows I attend a year - which is to say, a lot!
The world's biggest mineral show is in Tuscon, Arizona in January/February. I think that if I ever went there, I would never leave. Ever! I'd just become a permanent resident of Arizona and that would be it - no one here in Michigan would ever hear from me again!

Arizona is so boring though. In a lot of ways really pretty and awesome...but boring.

To be honest, you haven't missed much by not being here - just the continued decline of the state's population and services as people continue to leave. Can't blame them though, there's not a whole lot of good jobs to be found here anymore.
I've never been to Arizona. Considering it's full of awesome rock deposits, I'm pretty sure it'd take me a while to get bored.
