I've done that in the past with other designs, and in a nutshell they don't accept fan designs.

But thanks though~I still like it though . Keep up the awesome work !!!!!! They should accept fan art cuz they might not have any more ideas for pokemon and they would think back on when people wanted to send fan art then think " y didnt we accept the fan art !!!!! " XD
