Yes, it's a good thing that I have had some groups here decline my work, I think that prepared me, that, and the advise of a very precious friend who teaches art, and who I met here.
He said to think of someone's reaction to my art as if it were a gift from a passing stranger. If I like it, I keep it, enjoy it. If I don't like then it's of no importance, and I am not upset. It's a ignore the negative and embrace the positive.

I just am assuring myself that these particular people don't like my style, it is not what appeals to them.
