Hey don't worry about it C: I'm just glad you were able to profit from that convention, I know that it was hard for alot of people with there being so many vendors. Light table? Like a light box? That's pretty cool, are they expensive? I'm actually thinking of a new plush toy so I'm currently thinking of the pattern XP

you could easily MAKE a lightbox, but if you bought one it's freakin expensive. I wanna buy one.
It wasn't hard because of the vendors--the vendors were so-so and quite a bit of their stuff was overpriced anyways. I was planning on getting a sewing design book for Bruce coz he's interested in this stuff too. I think you can find some pretty damn neat designs online or in books you can buy. I might have a couple designs in my magazines I used to buy...do you like that gothic lolita stuff? I have a bit of those dress design template thingies that I don't know how to read, you can look at them if you want.

I tried making a little photo taking box once with thin fabric to diffuse light and what not and it took forever and ended up only slightly working haha, the lightbox idea sounds interesting, me and jess just use a glass table and a flashlight haha super ghetto.

my friend was really clever--she hooked up a lightbulb under a giant panel of class that was laid on top of a briefcase--it was a really great huge lightbox. However, my drawings are really whack and wonky if I don't draw on a tilt, so I'd need a lightbox that can tilt easily or lay on my drafting board.

That is really smart especially if you have a light you can switch on and off. . . holding the flashlight can be tiresome and annoying haha.
