This is honestly my favorite piece to day I've seen. I don't need critque access to tell you this:
What makes piece so great, in my humble opinion is that the despite the chaotic colours being used, it is the absent of colour that brings forth the actual picture. Anyone can splash paint on a canvas but its much harder to take away from color to create shapes and depth in a painting.
I am not going to bother to write about what it symbolizes, as that is quite personal in my opinion and lose meaning just talking about it. I will say this though, the blue seems to show 'melancholy' to me since the actual expression doesn't show 'sadness'. Of what and why is even more open to interpretation than the use of color.
