Comment on Wacom Cintiq / SAI work-arounds and fixes by vilkart

I got my cintiq in january but couldn't get it to work with sai with the pen pressure. I tried every solution I could find on the internet. Finally after a month I gave up and just made myself adjust to photoshop but it was never the same. I couldn't get use to how the colors didn't blend easily and smudged like in sai. I kept checking for new solutions time to time then finally gave up completely. evenb months later I just couldn't get use to the brushes in ps still.

Then today i decided to search again and I found your journal as the first link. I saw one solution I never tried before. I disconnecting the cintiq, opened sai, then plugged it back in AND TA DAH THE PEN PRESSURE WORKS.
