As long as she will look straight at the light, no matter if the light is natural or not, it will reflect on the glasses. It might be easier if her glasses are in another direction, i.e. if she's looking from the side.
I've got no idea how I'm going to shoot her, never done anything like this as I said.. I'll just see how it turns out and make sure I have some ideas
