I don't know what order you're reading the stuff I sent you, so this might be repetitive, but . . . It's an impressive tat with beautiful colors. I really like the blue reflected light on top of the nose. There are 2 things that I would change. The whiskers on the underside of the chin are too vertical - they should probably angle out a bit on the sides, and the lower canines are a bit rounded. I know that leopards probably have rounded teeth, but sharpening them just a little would make it look a little scarier. I don't remember the author, but there's a classic art book called "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain". One of the exercises the author uses is to have his students pick a subject, imagine it, and then close their eyes and draw it. It's an interesting thing to do. You focus on what it is that makes the object what it is. I couldn't see anyone closing their eyes and drawing a leopard with rounded teeth. I'm not on your page now, so I can't look at the tat to see if I notice anything else, but those two things stood out to me. It is a real nice tat. If I saw it on one of my students, I'd have to check it out. I'll look again when I go to your page and see if I notice anything else. (It's strange how many people believe that pastels are completely unforgiving. Doing tats would be scary. If you fuck up . . . it'll be all over the internet. Do you laugh at bad tats on the net, or do you feel sorry for 'em, or . . . ?)
