 I had that same feeling when I was diagnosed, the whole list of symptoms described me perfectly, and while it was kind of a shock to get the diagnosis, at the same time it was sort of a relief to finally have a name to put with all this junk I'd dealt with for so long. I started my period when I was 11...and had all the hair to go along with it. Then when my periods were so irregular, I was dragged to the doctor, my mother certain that I was pregnant *eyeroll*...so embarassing, especially at that age, jeeze, boys still had cooties! My periods have been like clockwork for the past couple of years now, but the last few have been odd...one put me in hospital, and the last couple have been barely there...maybe I'm going through the change of life or something lol Who knows

Exercise will definitely help with the weight loss!
