If you can't do the suit you can always do the fullbring that looks like a giant wersion of zangetsu's guard with the substitute badge in the middle
The fullbring of Ichigo had 3 stages but the final is a Ninjato style Zangetsu with the Deputy Shinigami Badge as the Tsuba and Habaki.
