I have met only 3 strangers in RL who were able to identify Black Jack in the past couple of years. But yeah, at the London Expo, I never see a wink of BJ manga or merch. XD;
I remember hearing and seeing BJ here and there but never made a move to seek it out, but was interested in knowing what it was all about (a UK manga & anime mag criticized the dated art style from what I remembered and said that it may not be for everyone). Yeah, I hope so too.

Are, I met two people who recognized me when I cosplayed at the convention. @.@ Luckily, I've managed to drag a freind in, and I'm actually kinda happy with being in a small fanbase..
I really dislike it when people judge by artsyle. >.< I think I might have that magazine- Got a subscirption for it, and they sell english and american magazines in well-stocked conviniece stores(Everybody learns english in school here).

Really? It was a very small article and it was a review over Viz’s English translated manga of Black Jack (at the time of publishing that was what was available.)
