I love your cel shading, it just looks so real! And i like the dude with the glasses. I think i may have said one other time i don't know anything about Prince of Tennis but i can still appreciate a good drawing right? 
I'm really getting the hang of PhotoImp. The larger the pic is when I color it, the better it looks once I size it down. The guy with the glasses is the reason I like this pairing - blue-haired geniuses, and he has a really low/suave voice. ^.^

I think that's true of any image program, because i do the same thing. I color at the huge size the scanner records and then shrink it down to a normal size when everything is done. It smooths all the lines and makes all the little imperfections disappear. That's how almost all my fanarts were done.
