Actually the moonbow was the only non-sky oriented image I used (although I guess I was still referring to a crescent moon). It is actually a natural phenomenon occuring at Cumberland Falls here in Kentucky and I believe Angel Falls somewhere in South America (it may be Brazil, but I am thinking Columbia). Anyway it is actually a silver "rainbow" that is caused by a full moon shining at a certain angle on the waterfall. I believe that there is the further stipulation that there must be a large amount of mist at the bottom of the waterfall to reflect the light, but I am not sure about that. Anyway, I have not actually seen this moonbow (we were there at the wrong time) but I have seen pictures of it and it is very interesting (again, think of a silver rainbow).
But yeah, more than reflections, the with wide, steady lake represented an indistinct sheet of a cloud covering the whole sky, and so forth. (Look at it in those terms).
