The tools don't make the artist. I think yours was colored quite well given what you did. Anatomy is something you could work on, but Photoshop and a tablet won't make that any easier. If you're serious about improving, you should practice drawing freeform sketches of the human figure and work on proportions. Do this on a regular basis and get inspired by artists you admire, try to see how they put together figures and scenes and gather ideas.

You can do amazing work with just a #2 pencil with enough practice and skill. And I think you have the skill, you just need to practice and refine it.
