I would think the lack of an object/tole painting category would be equally bad in terms of the points listed here, considering it's been around as long, if not longer, than 'cosplay'. I've had no end of 'relocated' items (which I promptly delete, as whoever is sending the notices are clueless, don't care, or both), all of which were located in the best possible gallery, given the choices.
Personally, I feel any category that allows for entry of work not created by the submitter (with the exception of those submitted to photography) is a dilution of the art, and an insult to those that work hard at bettering their art.
Still, thanks for making things a bit easier.
