Comment on Terms of Usage by cloaks
What exactly counts as commercial use? Would it count if I were to use one of your textures in my etsy banner? That seems like a little bit of a gray area to me, since it wouldn't be for sale, but it would be part of my shop. 
That would not be considered commercial use, because you are not using the texture in something you are selling. If you created the etsy banner, and then sold the etsy banner, that would be commercial use. Credit would be required however, because you are using my textures outside of dA.
