There is a Land of What Might Have Been -
It is the place where dreams we cast aside go to lie inbetween
The twilight of the night in that soft purple shade
And the palest pastels of dawn before the sun rages.
There is a Land of What Might Have Been -
And I await there for the one my pains could not see as just
A shadow covering the truest heart if looked closer at they might have seen
Here in this Land of What Might Have Been.
