It's not that it does not have a center bone, it's that it does not have a slot, nor does it show a registered diamond on the animation timeline.
Also, his arms are at a default T-pose. How can I fix his arms to be like everyone else: 45 degree angles.

Then someone probably messed up. Deleted the Center and added one afterwards, or used the Center Bone as Mother Bone and forgot to make another group for the new Center Bone. Something like that.

She said that if I can find a modeler who is experienced/expert/professional level enough to remake them, and I give the remake models to her, she will convert to MMD and give to me.
and i'll tell you... It's gonna take a modeling GOD to remake those models...

Forget her. She's freaking insane. If you had someone made them for you, you can use those instead. She would just want to grab someone else's models.

the whole thing has become so big of an issue, that I had to let my father in on this.
She said that the ONLY way I will EVER get her model...
is if the upcoming Big Hero 6 series has NO ROMANCE.
She even had me do a petition on it, and I gathered her 100 supporters as sh asked.
Now we have to end up waiting 3 more months (I'VE BEEN WAITING SINCE JANURARY) for the petition to come into effect.
Man, these battles with her are HELLISH.
