Thank you for pointing that out. Now that I've changed it, it turned out even better.
No problem. Eta could be taken though but I doubt it. Its said in Season 6 that command had alot of AIs (Besides the main ones we know of) so Eta could be taken but no one would know.
I checked the RvB wiki for the Feelancer program, and Eta had yet to be taken. In fact, most letters of the Greek alphabet have not been used yet, even Beta and Zeta.
"Numerous A.I. were present when Agent Washington activated an emergency failsafe - an electromagnetic pulse - and were presumably destroyed." Thats hinting there are more than the ones Maine/Meta had. There could be an AI called Beta, Zeta and Eta, but its not been put into the plot 
Thus being available until otherwise made concrete in the series.
