Yeah, now that I look at it again my problem is with the extra glow on the antlers. But it's still a subjective remark. Rock on man, Flash! Did you have formal training or should I give it a go m'self? 
yeah! well, I studied a flash in my career, but also learned a lot of things by myself. With some practice, you'll get into flash, it's not that hard to get it, also you know how to illustrate, so just with some practice you'll get into it quickly

not really, just know a little bit of animation, read half a book once

sorry D:, forgot about this post! well.. and I asked the same thing twice -__- lol, but, yeah, if you are going to start with animation, start with some basics, like getting used to the layout, you can add new frames with F6 on the keyboard, and F5 to make a frame last longer, also, check the little icon right down the timeline window, it says "onion skin" this changed my life haha, you can see the last frame you drew, a perfect key if your are going to animate frame by frame
