I think it can survive SCA's battle but you will need to do some repair sometime like any chainmail does. Chainmail dosent protect from impact they protect from the slash. But with a good doublet or gambeson under it yeah it would.

We ship worldwide, for the price it depend with the size of the chainmail for example this one was an medium chainmail with short sleeve doubled at the shoulder plus de harness and all the leather cost around 600$ plus the shipping. But for a better battle ready we would use riveted mail it's way more expensive but really light and resistant , we have some customers that made Battle of Nation this year and we worked with them for a riveted chainmail it survived to real sword full contact in ukrenia. A custom riveted chainmail should start at 1000$ and more. Or... we just use some bigger gage butter mails like 14 gage , much more heavier (more shipping to pay) but cheaper on the price that should turn around 800$. without the leather harness just remove 180$ on the price.
