I think that link might work... anyway, when you look at the most recent page, on the left panel there are a number of links. You'd want to click on the first one that says "Pandect Forum" Once there just click on anyone that says "member's only" (they should be the ones towards the top of the list) Then it will request that you login or join. It should be self explanitory from there, if not, just ask and I'll try and help as much as I can.
