thank you for the information.
no, they haven't any of my permission and this is not first time, when people says, that saw something with my art in sell without premission. few times i sent mail to the administration of DA, but they said  "we haven't prove that art takes from this site". and thats true because this sylvana are in offical blizzard fan-art gallery and i don't know where can be else :) so i don't know which law can stop those seller-guys. pirates are everywere, especially on the internet. but i don't like scandals without law-base.

anyway, probably this is some kind of my art popularity. when people liked movies, music or art - pirates will take it...so, let it be :) i'm glad, that people know the author and thanks for information again. have a nice day!

I made a public post on the tshirt/mug in question with a link back to this image. Hopefully, if The 'I Love WoW' facebook page has any class they'll take it down.

oh, thank you for your work! i told history about this t-shirt to my friend advocate. but he say's that all, what we can do - just write a comment. we don't know, where those guys take it, all rights for character reserved Blizzard and even I can't sell this work. it's just fun-art, not commercial work. and those guys change some elements (create "new image" or collage).  anyway, we know the true. :) and that's really great, that there are people like you. thank you again!

No problem, my friend. I just feel very strongly that the creator of the work should at least get credit. I may report them to Blizzard as well. I've reported several pages that were then taken down, because people were not only stealing fan-art to sell, but actual licensed Blizzard artwork. This Facebook group steals from a variety of sources and I think they should be taken down.

oh, i see the problem. probably you're right. blizz have own store, where sell what they want (toys and etc). but all art are free to use for all people. they post articles about painters (even i have few 'blue-posts' in blizz-forum), so people watch and save something, what they like. that how blizz works, for my mind. first of all for their community. and that's great. they don't sell art. actually, as i think, even blizz painters draw for funs and free to use. i had situation, when people asking may they print some art or make a collage. sure, they can. because, as i think, this non-commercial art we all draw for people and if they love it - its really pleasure for all painters. thats why i understand the problem. but first i thought, that those "pirate"-guys sell only this image. not first time, you know. so let it be. but they sell everything, what painters do as a gift for community. so...guess, we should do something.

A friend told me you might be able to file a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) claim on them. Even though it's fanart you may still be covered.

yep, but as i know, this law are complements for legislation of United States copyright law. but i'm not a citizen of United States, so can't operate with this law.
