I only just realized looking at this picture again that Viper's ponytail is supposed to be like a snake, and the little bang on the front of her head is like it's tongue. They only added a second bang to make it seem more like hair and to not make the hidden imagery obvious. I always wondered why the hell she had such an odd hairstyle...
