Critique, here it goes: :D (only because I find the idea so great)
What I see here is a very frail looking woman with an alarm clock to point out the obvious.
I like that, because it's simple and you bring the message across that in this particular situation (almost) all women are the same. You are just exposed to that "force of nature". I'm a man so I don't really feel what "those days of the month" feel like but what I understand is, that not many women are happy when it comes.

Some things I don't like though:
The crop just through the navel. The clock just barely misses the golden ratio (for my understanding) and with being centered in height and off-center in width, it just doesn't feel right.

So here goes my conclusion: I love the lighting and the whole setting/idea. Perfect! Also the remains of the clothing showing on the skin makes the body seem even more vulnerable. The details just fit.
But: I don't like the image section. I would prefere if you move the view a little bit more up (but below the breast) and take away a bit from the bottom. The clock should be in the lower half, as the "action" also goes on in the lower half of the body. (Or make it an upright picture?)

cheers, cc
