Ah, that may be better then. Still sucks as a process though. And I don't know about the current English job market, but for us, it's about 20 grads to every job. You can imagine how well that's going. 9_9

Ooh I see what you mean ;n; For English, the competition is insanely harsh before you even get to the grad level. So once you do get there, it's more like 3 to 1 on the job market (for the good posts).
