You don't have to be in a class to draw people from life. Just try going to a public place and discretely drawing the people around you. You'll have to be quick, but you'll get a lot of good, really natural gestures. Or ask a friend to pose for you if you'd like a more individual model.

Working from online stuff is good, you just have to watch out for crediting issues. XD
